Hello, I have a 1st generation iPod touch, and I was wondering if anyone has personally used the SRS iWOW adaptor? I have an Bose SoundDock for my home and it sounds SOOO much better there then through my headphones. Has anyone used this adaptor? or could link me to any comprehensive reviews. Thanks : )

I am a complete digital music newbie who just ordered an iPod Touch.
Questions: 1) Aside from ripping my own CDs and downloading crappy mp3 files from iTunes, what other downloaded music files are compatible (i.e., Amazon, etc.)? 2) Are there any lossless compression options compatible with iPods?
Thanks for the help.

Interesting idea to put music on cards. Would love to take blank cards and put my own cds on them.
thanks

CEA research shows the average teen expects to spend around $312 on consumer electronic (CE) devices in the next six months. Teens are well versed in a number of CE products and spend approximately four hours per school day devoted to technology related activities. Personal ownership of CE devices among teens is, as expected, low because they live at home where many electronics belong to parents.

After waiting more than 20 minutes on the phone (and still counting) to get a return authorization from Apple for a defective out of the box ipod 160 I STRONGLY recommend that you buy your ipod and other Apple products from someplace else.

Apple's system for doing simple returns is a TOTAL waste of your time.

What is the best route(s) for connecting your ipod to your home theater systems? I've got an iPod Touch that I would periodically like to use as a playback mechanism for into my home theater system.

This might be the most clever iPod cover in existence:
