Is anybody aware of any TV manufacturers that still offer CableCard slots on their sets? I am specifically looking for a 32" to put in a bedroom and would rather avoid dealing with a cable box in yet another room.

Thanks,
Mike

Question:
What is MTS file?
Answer:
MTS file is a Sony high definition video file type, which is a raw
AVCHD video recorded using Sony's camcorders, such as the HDR-SR1 and
HDR-SR5 models. Panasonic, Canon and other brands of AVCHD camcorders
also recorded in MTS format. Currently, MTS file can be played using
the Picture Motion Browser, Mplayer, Windows Media Player and other
media players if there is a codec for DVD playing installed. That's to
say, it's not convenient to play and enjoy your MTS video.

Hi,
After listening to all the advice and spending hours and late nights reading analysis and reviews, I made the switch from my Darling Sony 46' X-series to Plasma (Hope I won't be disappointed?!!) I went ahead and ordered the Panny 65" V10. It'll take few days before it is delivered.
I have the following Questions:
1- Is it recommended to hang it on the wall? or is it too heavy, too big?

I need your help to decide. I was about to purchase the Panasonic TC-P65V10  today when I found the I found the old version Panasonic Viera TH-65PZ850U for almost $2000 less.
Is there a huge difference in picture quality between the two models that justify the price difference.

Hi,
I'm looking for a new Hulk HDTV to buy. Mainly for Sports as I'm a sports and secondly for movies. Some SD and of course HD/Blu Ray viewing.
Money is no concerning factor.

Are Plasmas still really susceptable to screen burn in or image retention? Every person I know who has a plasma has some kind of burn in on there set.  This is never talked about in reviews. Why not?  Have the really newer sets gotten better at this? Yes, Plasmas have a better picture quality than LCD's, but until they address this very disturbing issue, they will fade away.

Hello All,
I'm a psuedo-newbie to the realm of displays, but I'm here to gauge the differences/pros/cons of LG's 47LH90 versus the Samsung UN36B8000 display.  I currently have a 5/6 year old Sony KDF-42 Grand WEGA that is dying due to the optical block failing (Thanks for making a nice big design flaw, Sony :P).  At any rate, these two displays are the ones that I'm torn between.
