The focal point of the K-1's design is Ayre's revolutionary Direct-Path Technology (TM). By simplifying both the circuitry and the physical signal path, resolution and clarity are maximized. The entire line stage, including every connector and control, is directly soldered to a single circuit board mounted parallel to the rear panel of the chassis. A unique system of precision timing belts synchronizes the individual sections of each control.
