The CC-170 center speaker is a magnetically shielded (so it doesn't interfere with your television picture), horizontally mounted speaker, designed to sit atop your direct-view or rear-projection television. It employs dual 5.25" woofers mated to a .75" CMC dome tweeter. A rear-firing port vents bass out the back.
