The Premier 17LS is a handsome little nugget, low-slung and microprocessor-controlled, a product at the intersection of Deco and Industrial. At 19 inches, it is too wide for some equipment racks. The tubes can be changed without opening the main chassis, and true to the family form, the preamp sports a mere six buttons and no knobs. The buttons control power, source, and processor loop, volume up and down, and mute.
