It's hard to fault the HD-3000's picture quality. Three user memory locations made it easy to fine-tune the picture for different sources. The DVDs upconverted by the HD-3000 looked almost as good as the HDNet episodes. On regular TV, the HD-3000 couldn't perform miracles, but it did go a long way toward making everything more watchable. (Technical Notes)
