Solidly built with an all-metal chassis, the Cyberhome has a somewhat funky interface, requiring you to enter the menu system to enable componentvideo output and select interlaced or progressive scan. This bit of technical complication belies the player's otherwise simple operation, and may baffle DVD newbies, the most likely buyers of this machine. I didn’t find anything objectionable about the CH-DVD 300's performance. In both audio and video departments, its sins are mostly those of omission, and are completely forgivable considering its ultra-low price.
