The CC 350 is shielded, since it will normally reside directly atop a 27" or larger monitor. A keen observer will notice that the baffle is angled slightly back, probably to aid dispersion when it is placed below a monitor and nearer to the floor. That same observer will see that the 350 contains not only the same tweeter as the Mini-Monitor but also a matching pair of its mid/bass transducers.
