The Shure E5C In Ear headphones are dual high energy micro-speakers with wide-frequency stereo sound, great accuracy and isolation from outside noise.
The wires connected to each Shure speaker system have a memory feature so you can loop the wires over your ears for extra support. The left and right-channel wires are designed to run from their respective ears to the back of the neck where they join in an adjustable sleeve that allows you to tighten or loosen the fit. The wires thus integrated, run to the player or portable amp, staying out of view for the most part.
The AVGuide Monthly review includes the Shure and Etymotic In-Ear Monitors and the HeadRoom Portable Amplifier.
The TAS review covers 7 other headphones from Ultrasone, Sennheiser, AKG and Grado in addition to the Shure product.
