The Rotel RSDX-02 is roughly the size of a small AVR. Its silver front panel is divided into thirds, with the DVD transport positioned on the far left. Inputs and control buttons are centered above the display, and a large volume knob dominates the real estate to the right. Basic surround decoding formats, like Dolby Digital, DTS, and ProLogic II are available, and the five-channel amplifier packs a full 80Wpc. It comes with an RR-1070 remote control that is sensitive and highly readable.
