The Diamond 8 series consists of three models, of which the 8.2 is the middle. Like other lines in this survey, there is a dedicated center-channel speaker, and the various models can be mixed and matched for surround. This is a two-way built around a by-now common 6.5-inch Kevlar driver and 1-inch dome tweeter and designed for stand-mounting.
