The acoustic suspension satellites and center channel use identical three-quarter-inch soft dome tweeters and 3.5" polymer-mineral midrange drivers for good timbre matching. The satellites are easy to drive at 89dB sensitivity. The crossover between the RM2300 woofer and tweeter is set at 2.7kHz, while the center channel's point is 2.2kHz. The cabinet is constructed of NuStone, a trademarked material Polk believes possesses the same inert properties of stone without the weight and cost.
