Sony offers RM-VS10TV infrared (IF) signal transmitter and Remote Commander with integrated monaural speaker. Remote Commander can also function as a cordless speaker anywhere within the infrared reception area. 2-way input to transmitter available through supplied microphone or line-in jack. Remote Commander has an earphone jack for private listening or when you do not wish to disturb others. Auto power-off conserves battery power when the unit is not in use. Remote Commander keys control TV power, Channel and Volume, and speaker power and volume. The unit operates using "AA" x 4 batteries for full portability, or with supplied AC power adapter.
