The Lifestyle 50 is based on Bose trademark Jewel Cube speakers. The Jewel Cube speakers combine with a more traditional Acoustimass powered bass module to handle the low-end. The Lifestyle 50 comes with a brushed aluminum six-disc magazine-style CD changer and a tuner that's built into the bass module. There is a digital audio input for a Dolby Digital DVD player, as well as four analog audio inputs. But the true beauty of the Lifestyle 50 is in the Personal music center that controls the entire system. This remote control has a computer display touch screen that can work from anywhere in the home (within 200 feet) as a two-way command center. All volumes, setup, power, tone controls, and more are controlled here; it even figures out when another room is connected to the system (it can control up to four different rooms), then it sets the remote accordingly and lets you operate the entire house with one touch
