CEDIA 2007: JVC shows off their 120fps LCD HDTVs
September 6th, 2007 — By Charlie Robb
September 6 – JVC has announced their first LCD’s to take advantage of the JVC Clear Motion Drive II technology.
The CMD II technology translates into a 120fps capable LCD, which is pretty impressive. The new LCDs that utilize this technology will be full 1080p sets with 2,000:1 contrast ratios and a 4.5ms response time.
These models, coming in 37-inch, 42-inch, and 47-inch versions, will also feature 2 HDMI 1.3 ports, RS-232 serial ports, S-video, PC input, 2 component inputs, 3 AV inputs, and one optical digital audio output. A lot of inputs/outputs is the general impression I’m walking away with.
All three models will be a part of JVC’s Procision line of LCDs.
They will be available this month with prices ranging from $2,100 to $3,300. Watch our Video of JVC’s Clear Motion Drive II TVs here.
