[CES 07] InFocus Projector Knows What Kids Like
January 12th, 2007 — By Arnie WilliamsInFocus Makes Front Projection Easy with the Play Big IN1

When many folks think of front projectors, they think of a sharp image, to be sure, but they also often think of it as big, heavy, and something that needs to be permanently mounted in the home theater room. Oh, yeah, they also are careful to keep it away from the kids.
The only thing big about the InFocus Play Big IN1 projector is the image it displays on the screen (or wall). This light projector is meant to be portable so that it can easily be carried from room to room. And it’s super kid friendly. In fact, it comes with a DVD base targeted for kids with movies and gaming in mind.
The $500 price tag isn’t too shabby either, and for that price, you still get a DLP projector with 1000 hours of lamp life. The IN1 also comes with a mirror attachment so the kids can project their favorite games or movies on the ceiling for bed-time viewing. The IN1 is scheduled to ship this summer.
