Marantz introduced no fewer than six new AVRs, all designed with custom installation in mind. The SR8001 ($1999), SR7001 ($1399), SR5001 ($749), and SR4001 ($549) are just 16� deep for easier cabinet mounting.

The SR8001 features THX Select processing and certification, HDMI switching, and up-conversion to HDMI from any type of video input to 480p (with video time-base correction). Power output is rated at 125Wpc. All the new AVRs are seven channel products with HDMI switching and video deinterlacing and scaling up to 1080i.
