Famous for its in-ceiling and in-wall speakers that can be aimed at listening positions, SpeakerCraft is introducing AIM in-ceiling speakers at CEDIA this year (see them at booth 158) that take this technology even further.

With the AIM7 series of in-ceiling speakers, SpeakerCraft provides a 7-inch woofer with concentric 1-inch dome tweeter, each of which can be aimed independently. The speakers fit in the same cut-outs as competing 6-inch models, but provide more sound-pressure levels, more bass, and they’re directionally controlled by the listener. With a price range of $425 to $925 a pair, these affordable speakers provide sonic flexibility that stationary speakers often can’t match.
