[CEDIA 06] Integra’s Upscale AVR Packed with Custom Integration Features
September 14th, 2006 — By Robert Harley
Integra’s new feature-packed DTR-7.7 audio/video receiver is loaded with integration features including HDMI up-conversion from any video source, allowing a single-cable connection to your television. The HDMI switcher also functions as an HDMI repeater that’s capable of transmitting high-resolution multichannel digital audio through the same cable to HDMI-compatible display devices.
The THX-Select2 DTR-7.7 sports 110Wpc (x7), along with a new 32-bit DSP for audio processing. Independently selectable subwoofer crossover frequencies for each stereo pair of speakers allows more precise integration between subwoofer and the main speakers.
Multi-room flexibility includes the ability to process two A/V sources simultaneously, or send the same signal to both the main zone and to systems in other rooms. XM Satellite Radio compatibility rounds out this $1200 package.
