Yamaha AX 497 or Cambrodge 640A which is a better one

Please help me in suggesting which of the above is a better combo
 
Yamaha AX 497 with NS 8900 Speakers
OR
Cambridge 640A with Morduant Short 906i speakers......

CA just came out with an improved 650A.
