Will the auto EQ calibration be affected by tonal changes from new cables ?

OK we can get better bass, more extend treble from better AC cord, IC an SC.
But do we needto run auto EQ once more with new cables installed ? Will the auto EQ
detect the extra bass or tonal change and reduce/increase the bass/mid/treble back  to the point
that all the improvement of new cables gone ?

Your cables should not have a significant effect on the results of the auto eq.  If they do then there could be something wrong with them.

All interconnects or cables affects the sound you finally hears and are independent of the EQ. EQ will not detect new cables. After installing new cables, you have to manually readjust the EQ once again to suit your personal taste.
