Verizon Increasing Speeds to Aid Movie Downloads

In 10 new states where it operates a fiber optic network, Verizon will offer download speeds of up to 50Mbps and upload speeds of up to 20Mbps. This service is currently available in 6 locations. This makes a movie take about 13 minutes to download, they say.
