Tube amp bias - how often?

My VTL ST150 amp IB says it should be checked monthly for proper bias. This looks like a fairly involved process. How often do most people really do this?

I've gone several months between biasing, but it's a good idea to check it monthly. Once you've done it a few times its quick and easy.
