Toslink vs Coax

 This is a question for Robert Harley and anyone else that wants to contribute.
Mr. Harley, I read in your book - The Complete Guide to High End Audio - that you found that Toslink cables are not the sonic equivilent of Coaxial digital cables.  My copy of your book was written - I think - in 2004.  i was wondering if anything in the industry has changed that would make you feel differently today.
