Thorens TD-700

Anyone familiar with this turntable? I've got a local dealer who'll give me a great deal on one, but I can't seem to find much definitive info on it. all the ads for it are a little vague in their description of it. I can't even figure out whether the arm is azimuth and VTA adjustable. I know Thorens is a very respected brand, but I personally have never owned or heard one.
