The correct cables

I have recently purchased the following items

PanasonicTH-58PX600U Plasma
Yamaha RX-V2700
OPPO OPDV971HOPDV971H dvd player

I have called our cable company Cox for a Cable Card.

So the question is getting the correct cables for audio and video to connect these units together. I was hoping to use HDMI between the plasmas and receiver and HDMI between dvd and plasma. What else should I be selecting??

Speaker cable?

Do you need the receiver to switch between sources (ie do you have other sources)?
