The Absolute Sound Card Survey

I have been tinkering with a home built music server for a few months now. I had the M-Audio Audiophile 192 card in it and was just discovering the issue with S/PDIF downsampling 176.4khz to 88.2khz when I read this article. I am connecting to a Wyred4Sound DAC2.
I had also been thinking about the Lynx AES16 and planned on getting one soon. But according to this article the ESI Juli@ sounds better. Which I guess if you consider the Lynx is an 8-channel and the Juli@ is 2 the price difference between the them isn't so shocking.
So now I am considering the ESI Juli@. However, the author didn't mention if it could output 176.4khz via S/PDIF without downsampling to 88.2khz as the M-Audio AP192 and the ESI Maya44 did. Mr. Schuster, if you are reading this can you clarify? Or if anyone else knows.
Thank you.
