I was sure it was TAS I was told about, but could have been Stereophile ?
I have heard it was in one of the award issues and compaired to one of the Levinson players, suposedly it was a pretty good CD transport (and reviewed as such ?)for a DVD player.
I am sure there is a review out there somewhere, I just wish I could remember the conversation, but it was a couple of years back.
Anyway I sometimes use one as a CD transport, alongside a Theta Data III (which I prefer), just curious and would like to find reviews of these sort of things.
The EAD Theatervision P received a Golden Ear award in the December issue back around 2001 or 2002. I know this as I own that DVD player, and I purchased that issue of TAS because my new DVD player was an award winner. The Golden Ear was given based upon the audio performance of the player alone.
I don't believe TAS every reviewed that product.
