Spam Filter does not work!

I tried several times to reply to the comment on Mark Levinson but got refused as it treated it as spams! Depite several feedback, nothing changed!
So, I tried to reply to comments made below on Mark Levinson #37:
The transport does not read every disk I put in. It happened in the past on some CDs, but not on the others.
Through repetitive cleaning with laser head cleaning liquid, it used to resolve the problem after awhile...but not this time.
ML's products appear to be unreliable as both my transport and DA Converter needed repair last year.
