SME 10A w/ 309 arm v. Basis 2200 Signature w/Vector Model 4 arm

Paul Seydor has written reviews for each of these turntables (TAS 129 and TAS 180).  I wonder which table he prefers and what qualities are present in each of them to draw his conclusons.  Thanks
