PS3 & Intergated amp/DAC

Is the new ps3 + a dac-magic or an intergated with a built in dac, like peachtree or bel canto, the new answer for affordable, do everything electronics??
The ps3 has the wifi, 120hd, blu-ray. dvd, cd.
I appreciate any insights or better alternatives.
