Product to record/playback between PC and TV

Hi,

I am looking for a product to convert signals between the laptop and the TV/Camera/VCR/etc. I want to be able to record TV/camera/VCR/etc on the laptop hardisk (or directly burn to dvd) and also to be able to view movies (DVD/mpeg/etc that are being played back on the laptop) on the TV.

There are separate products for each such as

to record and

to convert between RGB and NTSL but I'm looking a product combining both.
