My 803D's are less that a year old and the mid driver has failed and been replaced. Now the replacement has failed and so has the Diamond tweeter in the same speaker. Prior to that I had 804's and while unpacking them the mid driver fell out of the enclosure. The speakers were replaced and the veneer on top started showing long cracks.
Any one elese experience similar problems?
Maybe you are not pairing them with the needed power that they require. I've had my 803D's for about 4 years and they have performed great! I also use a bryston amp with 250 watts per channel so as not to have to worry about clipping the amp. Just a thought?
I've owned N802's and Series 3-801's for 8 years and have had no problems at all. If your speakers are that new they should be covered by the manufacturer warranty shouldn't they?
