Poor review by What HiFi of NAD 372 integrated.

Does anyone have any idea why What HiFi gave some a bad review for the NAD 372 integrated amp? Only 2 stars, which is rare and said: "real disappointment - lacks detail,dynamics, and finesse." This amp received excellent reviews in Absolute Sound and a class B rating in Stereophile. Just curious. :( :(

There's no way of telling why What Hi-Fi didn't like the new NAD. Like all manufacturers, NAD produces designs of varying success. But few manufacturers have as consistent a track record as NAD at never releasing a product that isn't competitive, or one that doesn't offer the highest value in the category.
