Playback subscriptions?

I see no link to subscribe. If you go to purchase issue 20, it still shows the option of purchasing issue 20 for 1.49 or subscribing for 8.95, but with no place to go. Also, nothing past 20 seems available for download. Does anybody know anything about this?
