Plasma red dots question

Last year I bought an LG 42PC3D plasma which works great but now I noticed that when there is a lot of fast moving images and when the image jumps from light to dark that tiny red dots in that area show up and then dissapear. The red dots don't appear over the whole screen but only in few areas. Do any of you guys know what that is and what it means. I am getting ready to call the store where I bought it from but I thought that I can ask here first. Any information is much appreciated.
