Pioneer VSX-3300 + new remote control

Hello,
I have Pioneer VSX-3300 receiver, my old remote control broke so I bought new one and it does not work. On the box of the new remote control is some key number. Do I have to put in key? I do not know how. Please help. Thanks

You should talk to the dealer who sold you the receiver and/or remote control to get an answer to this problem.
