Panasonic TC-P65V10 vs. Sony KDL-55XBR8

 
Hi,
I'm looking for a new Hulk HDTV to buy. Mainly for Sports as I'm a sports and secondly for movies. Some SD and of course HD/Blu Ray viewing.
Money is no concerning factor.
 
What is a better HDTV
1- Panasonic TC-P65V10 vs. Sony KDL-55XBR8.
2- My Room is 14 feet x 12 feet and seating distance is 13.5 feet.Does the room size and seating distance justifying a 65" TV or it won't be clear.
