Halcro --
I have subscribed on-line for TAS via Next Newsstand for the last 5 years.......yet every year they simply let my subscription lapse without inviting me to re-new....or even alerting me that I am receiving my 'last issue'.
I also have subscribed to Stereophile via Zinio for the last 5 years and always am alerted to my subscription running out and invited to re-new.
If this is the model TAS wishes to employ for a profitable endeavour.....it is free to do so. However....I will not re-new my subscription for TAS unless they employ a competent and diligent carrier who will treat their subscribers with some care and courtesy?
Hi Halcro,
On behalf of TAS, I apologize you were not properly alerted.
I will address this immediately with our digital fulfillment partner, NextNewsStand. We value all of our subscribers, both print and digital. On the print side, we send out a total of seven "alerts" in advance of a subscription expiring. We will do something similar with our subscribers to the digital edition.
Thank you for your longstanding support of TAS.
Jim
