Editor's Choice issue of Absolute Sound cites NAD 315 as "go to amp" for budget buyers. A few notches up in price, the Dussun S99 gets a favorable nod with caveats. Haptics, ergonomics might be more contemporary on NAD, but OTOH Dussun appears way more solid. Priced respectively at $349 and $600.
I'm using Paradigm Atom v4 in 10x12 office, playing CDs on Oppo 980 and listening to FM radio on signal from Sangean.
I've been pondering too long over $250 price differential. I do like Ping (prior listing on Audiogon) and somewhat put off by Audio Advisor.
Anyone have impressions of NAD and Dussun S99 beyond Editor's Choice Issue?
Many thanks,
Richard
