You either play only the front two channels or you resample them into two channels via software.
Most Blu-Ray and SACD players have provisions for two-channel output. If you are using a computer source, your computer sound card may have a two-channel option as well. Or your playback software may have a "fold-down" two-channel option.
Or you could always add a couple more channels to your system...:)
