I am looking into getting the below. Will this help my video quality at all or is a crock of $%^&* . I have to plug in my receiver, dvd, ps3,xbox360,wii, and TV. Everything I have is run through component cables (RocketFish and one Dynex). Any input would be appreciated!
Shield your audio/video components from harmful power surges with the Monster HTS 950 PowerCenter™. It conditions incoming power to help optimize your system's performance. Advanced filtering circuitry helps reduce electromagnetic and radio frequency interference, which can cause audible buzzes in your speakers and visible "snow" on your TV.
The HTS 950 features eight color-coded AC outlets for your components, spaced wide to accommodate AC adapters and over-sized plugs. Two pairs of coaxial connections protect your satellite TV receiver or cable box. And there's a protected telephone line input and output for your Internet connection as well. The PowerCenter automatically disconnects everything plugged into it when hit by a major spike, protecting your gear from damage. It also emits an audible alarm to let you know your equipment is disconnected and safe.

Will it help? The only way to tell is to try a filter and see. You can get something similar from Costco for a lot less money and try it. If you don't see an improvement in video quality, or hear an audio improvement, then don't expect much benefit from the Monster unit.
Look for a surge protector power strip that has some EMI/RFI filtering built in. These will have some text on them that indicates the noise attenuation in dB. They probably won't work as well as the Monster unit, but should give you some indication if this is a useful approach.
Electrical noise on the AC power is a real problem, and is getting worse. Almost every appliance these days has a small computer inside, and a switching power supply to run it. These are noisy, and are always on as long as the appliance is plugged in. Plugging these in to surge protector power strips with EMI/RFI filtering is a cheap way to reduce the amount of noise they dump onto your AC wiring.
However, without visiting your house, I cannot tell if your setup is suffering from enough noise to make a conditioner worthwhile.
