MAGICO Mini II

I am now scheduled to review the MAGICO Mini II, which will be arriving in about a week or so. I haven't heard the speaker yet--at a show or in my home--so I don't know how much it will differ from the Mini, although Alon Wolf claims that the difference in the bass is substantial, with the II going flat to 39Hz and down 6dB at 35Hz, with useable output into the low 30Hz and very high 20s.

Once it arrives, I will report on the Mini II as it breaks in.

I won't get the Mini II for at least another week to 10 days. Once I get it, I will need to break it in (MAGICO says 200 hours of break-in!), which means I won't be able to report on it at its best for a month or more after its arrival.

I may post a few first impressions, however, since I know there is considerable curiosity about this speaker.

The Mini IIs have arrived!

I'll set them up and start breaking them in over the weekend. You can expect some intial reactions soon.
