JVC HD-61Fh96 1080P or Samsung HL-S6187W

Was offered a brand new in box JVC unit from a local shop for 2k even. (Bought my old tv from him) Was also considering the Samsung 61 because he did not carry that model. Decision Day is Thursday, which would you buy? Any Help would be great.
