Information about Discovery cables

I have sets of Discovery 1.2.3 speaker cable, Discovery PS power cable, and unmarked but presumably Discovery orange colored interconnects.  All are some 20 years old, well made, well shielded, and heavy.  I plan to continue to use them but have little to compare them with.  Does anyone know anything about the company and/or the cable?
