Ikan desktop kitchen terminal -- Netflix of Groceries?

This thing may actually make home grocery shopping work. Each time you finish with a box or bottle of food, you wave it at the Ikan and the device's scanner logs that item on your list. Whenever you want, you press "Buy" and a little while later a delivery person shows up with your stuff at your door.
