HORIZONTAL ROLLING LINES !!

I have a 65" mitsubishi crt rear projection tv, model#ws-65411. When i turn on my dvd player i notice horizontal rolling lines on the screen. This appears on the screen whether i'm looking at the dvd logo displayed on the screen before i put in a disc, or watching a movie. The lines are almost a ghost line which is visable during bright or light color images displayed on the screen. My tv is hooked up with component video cables, since it does not have dvi or hdmi. I have hooked up 2 different players, and ran the cables through my onkyo tx-ds797 receiver as well as run them directly to the tv, bypassing the receiver. It has been this was since i set this system up. I can not get rid of these lines. The lines are not there while watching satelite tv, dish network 622 hd dvr receiver. Any ideas on what they are and how to get rid of them?? I would appreciate any help on this matter. thanks: mr.z
