Hifi+ existing digital subscription don't work on Ipad App

I can't subscribe with my Hifi+ subscription on nexnewsstand order no 30917 on the
IPad App Hifi +
Please can you arrange this for me?
TAS works fine, pdf download and TAS App on Ipad!

Hi-Fi+ offers four basic subscription options:
1) Print Edition
2) Digital - PDF Edition
3) Digital - iPad Edition
4) Digital - Android Edition
At present, these subscriptions are not interchangeable (because each is offered through a different supplier).
Part of this comes down to history, where Hi-Fi+ wanted to launch its iPad app (and did launch its iPad app) more than a year before the Next Newsstand team had it iPad app technology ready for market.
