Hey,
I recently purchased a sharp aquos, LC-52D64U which i love, however there is one really annoying thing it does and i have no idea how to stop it. Basically whenever the audio changes source I.E from mono to stereo it will display that change by pulling up the channel info. I have scoured the manual over and over again but do not know of a way to turn this off, does anyone know of a way to turn this off or am i just stuck with it until i get a receiver for cable?
The TV may just look at this as if the channel changed. Time for a more solid signal?

I have a Sharp Aquos LC-42D62U and do not experience the problem you are having. You have probably played around with the audio button on the remote. If nothing helps, contact Sharp. I have found them to be pretty good in giving help.
