Help! Need a turntable for 33,45 and 78 under $400.

Speaking of vintage I am trying to transfer historic albums and 45's to CD's and hard drives for future family use. It will only be a 4 month need so I don't want to spend a fortune but I would like some quality. Any ideas.

Probably the best option is to go with vintage TT, like Dual, etc.

I have a rather large collection of 78s that my wife inherited. A restored Dual 1218 and Grado mono cartridge works beautifully, for less than $200.
